I am trying to backup to Amazon S3 on one of my Amazon EC2 instances. Every time I manually run a backup, I get the following error. There were a couple times in the past week or so where it got further than this, but most of the time this is the error I get after about two minutes of nothing happening on the screen.
I am running Ubuntu 12.04 and I have applied all the latest updates. I am not having any trouble backing up to a local directory, which makes me think there's an issue specifically with Amazon S3. Has anyone seen this error message or do you have any suggestions for how to resolve it?
