Howdy -- the timezone can be changed in Webmin -> Hardware -> Change Timezone.
However, note that the Support area here is for folks using Virtualmin Pro. If you're using Virtualmin GPL, you'd want to use the Forums for support. We monitor the Forums, along with lots of wonderful folks in the community. Thanks!
