Virtual Server not applying server features after plan change

I created a test plan and then a test virtual server from it. To verify, in the virtual server, the account plan is set to the test plan, and there is a checkmark against the option "Apply limits from new plan if changed".

I went back and changed the plan (removed Mailman, FTP and DAV Login, clicked "Save and Apply", but the options I unset above, are still enabled in the test virtual server.

I don't think this is right.
