Mail 250 Queued in Log

Hi

Sorry to be a pain but we have a client who is having trouble sending emails to 1 particular person via our server and as they were having problems with emails due to the Clamscan problem they now blame the server for everything.

The mail.info log shows the following for emails they are sending but the emails never arrive to one recepient only.

Sep 3 12:40:02 sv1 postfix/smtp[8266]: BE3063EC3B6: to=, relay=sprint.Tenix.com[203.44.198.34]:25, delay=0.86, delays=0.27/0.03/0.34/0.21, dsn=2.0.0, status=sent (250 Queued! )

The emails to this person are the only ones that get "250 Queued" in the log.

Is this due to a problem with the recipients mail server?
