How to allow HTTP along with HTTPS, how to set IP into https

Hello, at http://myvpsip:10000/ i see:

Error - Bad Request

This web server is running in SSL mode. Try the URL https://uedgkhcj:10000/ instead.

i tried to install Webmin from .deb file, but it failed, because some additional packages was not foud so i did sudo apt-get install -f and it finished installation.

I want to ask why im receiving SSL warnign when entering:

httpS://myvpsip:10000/

and why http://myvpsip:10000 points me to https://uedgkhcj:10000/ ? why not ttps://MYIPHERE:10000/ ? How can i change it to IP, would it fix SSL warning message?

How to switch to allow HTTP mode along with HTTPS? thx
