Problem with PHP

Today, I installed a couple of upgrades as per the Virtualmin --> System Information recommended. Now, nothing that requires PHP on my server seems to be working (including roundcube, WHMCS, etc); and all I get is a bunch of code. When I try to open squirellmail, the browser tries to download a file. When I try to open roundcube, the browser tries to download a file. When I try to open whmcs, the browser, it just shows a ton of code (ATTACHED).-

Can anybody tell me how I can fix this?

I have included what I am seeing when I open any PHP websites on my server.
