google sitemaps help

I am attempting to install google-sitemap generator for my sites on virtualmin however, google sitemaps is only detecting the panel url and none of the other websites.

I am using ./install.sh -g www-data -c /etc/apache2/apache2.conf -t /usr/sbin/apache2ctl running ubuntu.

Has anyone managed to get this installed and working?
