incoming emails from *@gmail.com, *@hotmail.com and some others are only OK if there is no attachement. But if the the sender sends mails with attaching something even smaller than 50KB, associate user's inbox doesn't show the email. On the other hand, the sender doesn't get any email bounce/error notification. I also have checked virtualmin server /var/log/maillog where I can not find any session of that attachment email. So, it seems that that specific emails (with attached file) doesn't come to this server still. In nameserver, the virtualmin server is the primary MX. please help me to sort out the problem or mention troubleshooting process so that I can check it again.

Hrm, that sounds a bit unusual!
So your'e saying that an email from Gmail works fine... but if an attachment of any size is added, that email won't come through?
And just to verify -- you're saying that in /var/log/maillog, there's no sign at all that the Gmail servers are even attempting to communicate with your server in those cases?

I have similar problem. emails with attachments larger than 2mb are not downloadable from server.
I get a blank window in Outlook when I try download those emails. no text and attachment. but in list of emails I see that email is 2mb! this is what I mean:

@persiancity: You might want to check the mail logs when the mail was delivered for errors. Also take a look at the "source code" of the email, i.e. have it show all the headers and section beginnings and stuff. There might be an incorrect mime type or similar.
@Locutus I still have this problem and find that this occur for most email with attachments (not only for attach with 2MB size).
