Install nginx when i try to browse my site i get 404 Not Found

Hello, I install nginx in debian OS i have a VPS box, after i try browse my site but i get error "403 Forbidden" so i try to install my CMS script by going to http://mydomain.net/install.php and i got error "404 Not Found"

Do i need to install php + mysql or this is installed by virtualmin?

Please give me help
