MySQL Workbench and Virtualmin MySQL databases connection issue

I'm trying to connect MySQL Workbench tool to local Virtualmin MySQL server, but each time it refuses to connect. I have added my local computer IP to remote hosts for particular virtual server DB and have checked if firewall has set 3306 for input as allowed port.

Any clue what can be wrong?
