How to remove ngnix

I have installed ngnix, with this instruction: http://www.virtualmin.com/documentation/web/nginx

I don't use it (I disabled it in System Settings->Features and Plugins), but sometimes (can't understand when) apache server stopped and ngnix strated.

How can I remove ngnix server? Thanks.
