bad quoted?

Hi, can I know why in logs and when run in SSH some command is started with 'single quote left' and ended with 'single quote'

Shouldn't start with 'single quote left' and end with 'single quote right' ?

or start with 'single quote' and end with 'single quote' ?

In logs (check quotes at mydomain.com)

RSA server certificate CommonName (CN) `mydomain.com' does NOT match server name!?

when run some command with nohup (check quotes at nohup.out)

nohup: ignoring input and appending output to `nohup.out'
