Email piping to osticket

Hi, been reading how to setup email piping to osticket with virtualmin but nothing seem to be working.

Can someone help? What are the steps to getting this up and running?

Howdy,

What problem is it that you're having exactly?

One way email piping can be setup is to create a new email alias, using Edit Mail Aliases.

Then, go into the Advanced Mode tab of that screen, and for the "Alias destinations", choose "feed to program".

Then, just point it at your osTicket script that handles the email piping.
