Hello,
We already have the capability to forward an email we want spamassasin to learn as spam by forwarding it to spamtrap@mydomain.com. I am aware you're able to blacklist an email address within the usermin read module. But it would be more convenient for users using roundcube to be able to just forward an email to blacklist to blacklist@mydomain.com. Currently they will have to login using usermin's read module to blacklist the email address.
Thank you.

Howdy,
Once the spamtrap addresses are enabled, it's actually possible to forward an email messages to spamtrap@mydomain.com from within RoundCube.

Thanks for responding Eric. I was aware of that and I do actually use it. But I also want to be able to blacklist an email by just merely forwarding it to blacklist@mydomain.com instead of having to go into usermin to use the deny sender button. From my experience whenever I send an email from roundcube to spamtrap@mydomain.com the email still does not get caught by spamassassin. Whereas as soon as I use the deny sender withing usermin it is immediately caught by spamassassin.

Oh I see, I misunderstood what you were asking... there unfortunately isn't a way to blacklist emails via forwarding them.
I'll talk to Jamie to make sure he knows that there are folks interested in that feature though :-)
