apt-get update fails after virtualmin install

Hello, immediately after installing and setting up virtualmin I am no longer able to update and remove packages from ssh.

E: some index files failed to download, they have been ignored, or old ones used instead. W: Not using locking for read only lock file /var/lib/dpkg/lock

Hi. Maybe you learn something from /var/log/dpkg.log

Which OS and version are you running?
