I'm not sure what is this module used for and Kerberos5 used in general! I heard that it transfers data in encrypted way but I'm not sure about what data are they talking about in man pages? Could you please provide with an example?

Howdy -- most folks don't need or use Kerberos. It's typically not necessary on a web hosting system, as there are other ways to perform authentication.
