How to control email delivery rate

So, you have your postfix server working just fine, and then you want to limit the amount of emails that can be sent say for an hour, how would you configure that? I want user 3 to be able to send 10 emails for an hour and user 6 to send 1000 emails for an hour, and the server in total no more than 1200.

Just an example of course..

Howdy,

Postfix doesn't support that kind of throttling... however, you could use something like Policyd to set that up:
