Sender Dependent Outgoing IP Address Problem

So my issue is I am trying to make all my domains send mail from the ip they are setup on. I followed these instructions http://www.virtualmin.com/documentation/email/dependent. My problem is when I go into virtualmin and server configuration there is no option for Email Settings. Does anyone know why this is not showing up? or a workaround to get it to work
