Module proc does not exist displayed in partially broken Virtualmin server

Hi,

I have a Virtualmin server which has been through a bit of a bad time and I am trying to recover it. I have now managed to get it to the stage where the server is booting, I am able to access the Control panel and it shows me the expected menu on the left hand side, along with all the dropdown containing all of the virtual servers, however, at the top right of the control panel, I receive the message "Module proc does not exist" and the body panel of the control panel is empty.

Any ideas?
