nginx unknown directive "server"

Failed to save configuration file : Configuration is invalid : nginx: [emerg] unknown directive "server" in /etc/nginx/nginx.conf:13 nginx: configuration file /etc/nginx/nginx.conf test failed

I created a new site inside of Virtualmin. The error above occurred when it was listing the new stuff it had created. Any idea why it is doing this? I looked in the nginx.conf and noticed my second domain was on top of the first domain. This is where the problem I think is coming from.
