Centos 6.4 Virtualmin install completes but no change to WebMin UI

Standard generic Centos 6.4 installation, Virtualmin automatic install ran to completion, using standard procedures:

wget ....
/bin/sh install.sh

Then logged into port 10000 and see the WebMin UI, no mention of Vitualmin.

The following from the log may be relevant:
