I installed virtualmin on centos 6.3 using the installer script.
Spam filtering is enabled in features.
Checking Configuration tells me:
Mail server Postfix is installed and configured.
Your Postfix version does not support per-domain outgoing IP addresses.
SpamAssassin and Procmail are installed and configured for use.
ClamAV is installed and assumed to be running.
.. your system is ready for use by Virtualmin.
in the virtualmin configuration, Postfix is selected as mail server. In the spam filtering options I have: - deliver normally - delete viruses - Default spam whitelist option is disabled
Current versions:
virtualmin-base 1.0-63 virtualmin-release 1.0.5 Spamassassin 3.3.1-2 Postfix 2.6.6-2.2 procmail 3.22-25.1
all mentioned daemons are running, incoming mail is not inspected by spamd, it even does not come up in the maillog. I cannot see any error message.
I also tried to use the global /etc/procmailrc without success.
Howdy,
If you go into Edit Virtual Server -> Enabled Features for a given domain, is the Spam Filtering feature for that domain enabled?
If that's not enabled, even if SpamAssassin is running, it wouldn't be used.

yes, it is enabled.
