Hebrew Support in virtualmin default webmail

Hi, Tried to send hebrew letters from the virtualmin default webmail, but the results on the other end were horrible instead of hebrew letters like these: שלום, אני דני

I've got:

is there a way to make the webmail client support these letters or substitute it with a one that does ?
