missing files

Hello

i had an incrementall, all virtual servers. i restored one domain home files but it only restores folders, no files.

what do you think it is the problem?

Howdy,

If you have an incremental backup -- you would first need to restore the most recent Full backup before restoring the incremental. The incremental only contains files that have changed since the most recent Full.

Maybe nothing changed between your last full backup and this incremental one.

Maybe you can restore the full backup.

the files are: name_full.tar.gz name_full.tar.gz.info name_full.tar.gz.dom

i did a first full manual backup and then configured to all virtual servers. single archive, incremental monthly on the first
