email not forwarding, no reference to "procmail"

My email is working ok, but not forwarding. i have searched a bit and the solution regarding "procmail" dont work for me, and furthermore i cannot find anything about procmail in the virtual/webmin search. it is however installed on my server, ubuntu 10.04.

where could i start looking to see whats going on? any of the mail logs dont seem to mention it.
