Might be an anti-spam measure. My posts got stuck in that a while ago too. :) Eric should be able to do something about this.
If they are going to moderate, there should be someone around to do the moderating....
Every one of your posts that has been moderated has also been corrected... usually within a few minutes of it occurring :-)
