Migration of virtual servers

Hi to all,

is it possibile to migrate a virtualserver from a Virtualmin installation running mail with postfix to another one running qmail?

Howdy,

Well, qmail isn't as well supported as Postfix, and we do recommend using Postfix.

However, if you have a Virtualmin server that's configured to use Qmail -- it should be no problem to migrate a Virtual Server configured to use Postfix over to that installation.

To do that, just generate a full backup (in the Backup and Restore menu), copy that backup to your Qmail server, and then import the backup.
