Failed to create virtual server

Just tried to create a new virtual host and got the following message:

Failed to create virtual server : setquota: Mountpoint (or device) / not found. setquota: Not all specified mountpoints are using quota.

What is wrong?

Howdy,

Are you using a VPS? If so, what VPS type is it?

Also, what is the output of the command "mount"?

It is a RackSpace server I had tried to migrate a server from their UK datacentre to their US using a migration script that they provided however I was finding issues after this so decided to just do a clean/fresh install using the virtualmin installer so please ignore this issue
