php-cgi block for more than 120 sec.

Hi there, I'm still having problem with Virtualmin i did reinstall but still i get many errors and hardly can log into controlpanel try to check with VNC i see this error

My site error log shows (22)Invalid argument: mod_fcgid: can't lock process table in pid 19785

mod_fcgid: can't apply process slot for /home/site/fcgi-bin/php5.fcgi

My apache2 error log shows

mod_fcgid: process 21226 graceful kill fail, sending SIGKILL

server reached MaxClients setting, consider raising the MaxClients setting

My suexec error log shows

uid: (1000/seekdl) gid: (1000/seekdl) cmd: php5.fcgi

Please i really don't know what to do i'm so lost. everything is normal for 1-2 hrs but suddenly i cannot log into virtualmin and my site not loading hardly go to virtualmin and i see many running process and all my RAM is full. really don't know what to do.
