Disable Email Notifications for Script Updates?

Wondering if someone can point me toward instructions for disable script update email notifications. Getting lots of nag emails about phpMyAdmin and WordPress script updates.

Howdy,

Well, you should only get notices if they're out of date... are they running the current version? Or are they running an older version?
