I'm not familiar with Centmin, but at a glance, it appears to just be an install script that installs a variety of software for you.
That's actually functionality that Virtualmin provides -- it's install script will handle installing and configuring everything you need for a web/email/dns/database server.
It appears that with what Virtualmin provides, you wouldn't actually need the Centmin script.
However, let us know if there's something in particular it provides that you can't get from Virtualmin.
