Too low bandwith in my server

Hi Everybody!

I have a server with 100Mbit/s connection. I use Virtualmin GPL v3.94 license. My server bandwith max. 1Mbit/s. I turn in Virtualmin unlimited the 'Bandwith Limit'. This is my problem not solved. :( I get on FTP ( e.g mc) one large file another server, the connection bandwith is 8-10Mbit/s. Firewall is Ok, network interfaces ok.

Do you have idea? Thanks
