Emails cannot be sent

Hello,

Emails can't be sent via my WHMCS installation. I'm using Namecheap's Oxmail for my email service. The error message in question is:

======= Admin Email Notification Sending Failed - SMTP Error: The following recipients failed: email@mydomain.com, otheremails@domain.com SMTP server error: 5.7.1 : Sender address rejected: not owned by user email@mydomain.com

(Subject: [Ticket ID: *] New Support Ticket Response)

- 12/08/2012 03:51 - Client - IP address

Does anyone have any idea what might be causing this?

Howdy,

It may be related to the "From" address that WHMCS is setup to use.

Can you send other messages from your server using that particular From address?
