Recommended ways to add/remove users and databases in MySQL using Virtualmin?

Hi, folks. I'm wondering if Virtualmin has any interface that can add, and remove MySQL users?
I believe, that MySQL databases can be managed via Virtualmin, but what about manually adding databases?
Usually, I use the mysqladmin and mysql CLI tools, but it would be nice to at least have another method available.
