Hi everyone! I just want to share my bad experience with webtropia. Recently I just bought I should have bought 1 month, and try them out. Now I cannot return money back. If you have a minimum contract period of 6 month, so it is not possible to give the server back till this date is reached. I agreed to 1 month penalty, but they won't refund.
The problem with my VPS is I can't access my server. I don't have any password!They must call me for me to know the password. I've been calling them almost 4 weeks but still no return calls.I'm stuck with this worthless VPS! :(
I learn my lesson now never trust a strange site. This is really awful. :(
Is there anybody here with the same problem?
So how is this related to the software here?
