The license for your commercial product has expired six months ago on a particular server. I'm assuming this means it is GPL now. Where I used to be able to package updated for the last few months I now get the following error for all packages:
http://software.virtualmin.com/rhel/5/x86_64/repodata/repomd.xml: [Errno 14] HTTP Error 401: Authorization Required Trying other mirror. Error: Cannot retrieve repository metadata (repomd.xml) for repository: virtualmin. Please verify its path and try again
Are package updates supported once your commercial license expires?

Howdy -- if your Virtualmin license expires, you won't be able to obtain updates from the Virtualmin Pro repository.
Your options are that you could renew your license if you'd like to continue using Virtualmin Pro, or you could convert your installation to Virtualmin GPL.
If you'd like to convert to Virtualmin GPL, you can do so following the instructions here in the section labeled "Downgrading Virtualmin Professional to GPL":
