Restore to a Newer OS

I have a virtualmin gpl machine running Debian 5.0, can I do a virtualmin backup and move a domain to a fresh Debian 6.0 Virtualmin gpl box? Is there anything I need to look out for?

Yup! It's no problem to move to a newer OS.
