I have a domain hosted on my server that often has customers downloading large files. I would like to throttle the speed for this domain. I currently have a 10mbps link. I'd like to throttle it to a max of 2mbps for just that one interface. The domain does reside on a separate virtual interface with its own ip however I could migrate this to a physical interface if required.
