Change root password

Hi,

i want to change the password of root on my Virtualmin Centos Server.

What is the correct way to do this without risking to break everything (especially Virtualmin and Webmin) ?

Howdy,

For changing your root password, you can just do that from the command line since root doesn't have it's own Webmin user account.

To do that, you can log in as root on the command line, and run "passwd".
