Well, Virtualmin supports anything that your distro supports... so if you're interested in seeing mod_spdy included by default, you may want to bug your preferred Linux vendor about including that in their distro :-)
It looks like it's still considered beta/experimental, so it may be some time before distributions begin including it.
However, it appears to just be an Apache module -- and you could always manually build mod_spdy for Apache, and configure Apache to load it. There's instructions for building it on Apache here:
