See thread: https://virtualmin.com/node/20434 - I was hoping this would be corrected in the newest Webmin update, however still getting an error when attempting to view the mail queue from within Webmin.
/usr/bin/postqueue -p failed : sh: /usr/bin/postqueue: No such file or directory

Looks like it should be:
/usr/sbin/postqueue -p
But what file to edit?

Bingo - I found it!
Servers > Postfix > Module Config > System Configuration > Mail queue display command
Works now.
