After upgrading to PHP 5.1.27 cannot access MySQL

Hello all.

After upgrade PHP from v. 5.1.6 to 5.2.17, PHP could no longer access PHP.
I'm using CentOS Linux 5.7 and virtualmin 3.89.gpl GPL.

Any clue on this?
