now I have errors

Fatal: Invalid configuration in /etc/dovecot/dovecot.conf
While it should be possible to get Virtualmin working on Ubuntu 11.04, it may take a lot of manual configuration to get that working. We'd highly recommend using a supported distro -- for Ubuntu, that includes all the LTS releases.

It sounds like it's saying quotas aren't enabled on your root filesystem (the "/" filesystem).
You can enable them in Webmin -> System -> Disk Quotas.

Unfortunately, Ubuntu 11.04 isn't one of the supported distribution versions.
You can see a list of supported distros here:
