Access my virtual servers from another ip address using the same dns servers

Ok, so here's what I've got. My virtual servers are all working fine... from most ip addresses. However, I live in a small town and I'd say about 1/3rd of us all use the same isp. We all have the same dns servers for our internet connection.

My problem is that I can't access my virtual servers from many of the other places around town, meaning that local people can't see my content.

How can I view my websites from my friend's houses when they use the same isp along with the same nameservers?
