Varnish integration

Would be good to see better Varnish integration.

  1. First priority, streamline process of running Apache on non-standard port.
  2. Maybe a Varnish UI. I have not tried the one by Unixy.
  3. Maybe an install script including a good general purpose .vcl (configuration file). Initially the vcl could be fairly limited.

Just having 1. would be great.
