I used the script installer to add phpPgAdmin, and it looked successful:
Version to install 5.0.3 Installed URL http://k12webapps.com/phppgadmin/ Installed on 03/Dec/2011 06:48 Installation directory /home/k12webapps/public_html/phppgadmin
Then when I click on the Installed URL, I get:
Forbidden

Howdy -- do you see any files in the phppgadmin folder that was created? Also, is there a .htaccess folder in the public_html folder?

All the files inside phppgadmin look to be there, including index.php
I do not see an .htaccess file though.

We can close the ticket. I uninstalled via the virtualmin script manager and reinstalled in a differently-named subdirectory and it works. Go figure. Thanks.

Ah, is there a version of phppgadmin install system-wide? If so, settings for it could be overriding your individually installed application.

Yes that was it!
