SVN appears not to work through http

I can connect using svn apps, but when I try to make some actions I get Errors. Ive tried to use it from ssh and it seems to be working fine. Please advice whatto do, because Im new to this kind of thing.

Authentication error. ... 403 Forbidden (http://domain)
