Wondering if anyone else has seen this. I upgraded two virtualmin/Centos 5.6 boxes to 5.7 last week and am now seeing mysql warnings on the more heavily hit tables (example Joomla and the session tables). Example, shutdown mysql, myisamchk -o *.MYI (all ok) restart mysql, access one page of the affected site and then myisamchk -s *MYI and get '1 client is using or hasn't closed the table properly'. My access was the only access for several minutes each side of the test.
The boxes are in different cities, one is real, one is cloud based.
They are pretty bare, still on mysql 5.0.77 and php 5.1.6 (as per the Centos install and yum updates).
Any ideas. Any mysql or OS parameters that can be tweaked, mysql update??
