Settings for BIND to allow updates from Secondary DNS

I just signed up for secondary DNS and need to change some settings to make it work with VirtualMin & BIND.

Pardon the newbie question, but where do I enter the IP's and NS records for my new secondary DNS provider to allow them to be updated from my server ... thanks!
