Possible bug in Webmin LVM module [#19337]

While you can use the LVM module to create a new Logical volume, an error is encountered when trying to create a filesystem for the new LV.

Thanks for pointing this out .. the issue is that Webmin should run partprobe before mkfs. That's why it works the second time.

I will fix this in the next Webmin release.
